There is no more beautiful notebook cover in the world. It's an understated but thoughtful design, neatly made of gorgeous, tactile leather. It fits a Hobonichi Techo Cousin perfectly. Absolutely worth the price.

Note: The nude leather ages and changes colors, an organic process which shows scuffs, hand oils, etc. Eventually the aging process softens and darkens the skin, and marks tend to blend in. If you need your things to remain spotless and unmarked, this is not your cover.

I was SUPER hesitant to buy this one after having some bad luck with an ill-fitting A4 cover in the same line, but I'm so happy to say that I had none of the same issues. The cover is soft, supple, my piece had no flaws or scaring to the leather, and best of all, it fit perfectly! There was no warping to the book, it slipped on easily, opens and closes smoothly, and is all around perfect. I'm glad I got it, as it's a beautiful cover that invites me to use the notebook I bought it for all the more, and I can't wait to see how it ages and patinas with use over time.

Just received my cover and I absolutely am in love with it. I was hesitant on spending so much for a cover but this was well worth it at exactly what I wanted. The leather is so soft, impeccable stitching and my cover is pretty much flawless. I have it on my Hobonichi Cousin and it fits pretty snug but as with leather it will loosen with time and use. I love the pinkish beige color for me it’s perfect.

This is a beautiful cover. The leather is so soft. I can’t wait for it to patina over time. It’s very well made. It fits my hobonichi avec perfectly. It’s lightweight and not bulky with useful slots for cards and a nice pen loop. It will fit a slim pen (think Le Pen) or a pencil just fine.

My bigger pens with a clip work fine if I just clip them onto the loop.

This is one of the best things I've purchased on this website. The leather is soft and lightweight--feels beautiful straight out of the box, and I can tell it will only get better and better with age. The color is a very slightly pinkish beige color, very natural and gentle on the eyes. Pen strap on the side is the same design as in the plastic cover but so much nicer in the leather, with the "MD Paper" logo stamped on the small loop. It's worth the price.
